With the new, more compact package of the Next Gen Coil IL over the Previous Gen version, the new shock finally fits the popular Transition Spur. However, due to very tight tolerances around the spring clip, some sizes of the Spur require a different spring clip to clear the frame (AAD1713K).

If you are ordering a shock directly from us, please contact us directly first so we can help make sure you have the correct spring clip for your frame. If you have picked up a shock elsewhere, please confirm frame clearance before running the shock on your frame and if need be, you can get that spring clip directly from us, any of our authorized service centers or through your local bike shop.
